TrailFest – April 14th - Come join us in beautiful Hot Springs, North Carolina for our 14th annual Trailfest, a celebration of the world-famous Appalachian Trail. Come for the music, food, and great outdoor adventure. Activities and attractions include live music, local foods, a chili cook-off, local arts and crafts, hiker games & trivia, the famous duck race, and much more. Spaghetti dinner on Friday, April 13th for those who arrive early. Music for 2012 includes Butter Holler Band, Pierce Edens, Twilite Broadcasters, Utah Green, and Sherri Lynn & Mountain Friends.
French Broad River Fest - May 4th -6th – Over its history the main mission of the French Broad River Festival has not only been to have a wonderful time with friends and family, but also to give back to organizations within our local communities. In the past 15 years we have donated over $100,000 to area charities including; American Whitewater , Hot Springs Community Learning Center, Manna Food Bank, Families Together, Elida Home for Children, Big Brothers and Big SIsters of WNC and many others. So remember that when you buy a ticket to the festival not only are you going to have a wonderful time, you are also going to be helping a good cause!
